Be an Effective Advocate

Advocacy Action organizes and conducts advocacy trainings in faith communities.

> Examine your faith’s teachings on acting justly and caring for all creation.

> Analyze current legislation as it relates to poverty.

> Learn tips for effective letter writing, phone calls, and emails to your legislators.

> Get involved immediately; take action the same day we give the presentation.


Annual Legislative Conference


Held in January this conference brings together hundreds of people of faith

Examine key legislative issues for the current legislative session.

Reflect on the issues through performances using the arts.
Attend presentations by local advocacy groups.
