CROP Hunger Walk

An annual 10k walk along Centennial Trail

You can make a difference in our community and the world by raising money for hunger programs, self-help projects, disaster relief and refugee resettlement.

Get people to sponsor your walking and raise funds to take a bite out of hunger in Spokane and globally. 25% of all funds raised are used to meet hunger needs in the Spokane area.

Sunday, April 24th, 2005

Walk begins at south side of Martin Centre at Gonzaga University

Noon Registration and entertainment (including activities for children)

2 pm Walk led by representatives from various faith communities in Spokane


Help with CROP Hunger Walk


1) Promote the CROP Walk in your congregation or faith community.

2) Assist with arrangements, setting up details for the CROP Walk

3) Assist with publicity and promotion

4) Assist with registration the day of the CROP Walk

5) Assist with games for children the day of the CROP Walk

6) Contribute seed money for the CROP Walk
