Winter Youth Festival

An opportunity for youth to make new friends!

LEARN SOMETHING NEW

For youth who want to learn about the celebrations of other faith traditions, partner with youth of another tradition to learn about their High Holy Days:

Learn about Yom Kippur, the highest holy season of Jewish celebrations.

Learn about Ramadan, the highest holy season of Muslim celebrations.

Learn about Christmas, the second highest holy season of Christian celebrations.

Learn about how the Bahá’í, Hindu and Sikh celebrate.

For Christian groups who want to celebrate and deepen their understanding of Christmas, partner with another Christian youth group to find out what they do at Christmas time. Learn how Christians celebrate Christmas in different cultures and in different denominations.

GIVE TO THE COMMUNITY!

Plan an activity with your partner youth group to bring hope and celebration to a neighborhood, a soup kitchen, a shelter, a retirement or assisted living center.

Contact us to get your youth group involved. Be part of many hands, many hearts coming together to create more respect and peace in our one beautiful world.
